We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See Delivery section of our Site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third-party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the Site. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

Section 1 – Orders

Our shipping is carried out through Australia Post, using standard road freight or a Courier service. We make every effort to ensure that items are shipped in their original packaging. It's important to note that Cimino Handmade does not provide insurance for goods in transit unless it has been pre-paid for by the purchaser.

Section 2 - Domestic Shipping Policy & Shipment Processing Time

At this time, we offer delivery within Australia only. We strive to process all orders within 2-5 business days using Australia Post. Please be aware that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In case of a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays in shipments, so kindly allow for additional transit days for delivery. While we aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone.

The risk associated with the product passes to you once the product leaves our premises, and title to the product is transferred upon payment in full, which includes all delivery and freight charges.

Delivery costs and times are variable for different products, based on their size, weight, and destination. The delivery price is clearly displayed on the checkout page. Deliveries are handled by Australia Post.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days. However, if, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order, we will promptly notify you. Please bear in mind that delivery dates are approximate and are not to be considered as a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. Cimino Handmade holds no liability for any losses incurred due to late delivery.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges will apply for any redelivery or parcel redirection.

For efficient courier delivery, kindly provide a telephone number, delivery address, email address, and a contact person's name.

Section 3 - Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation, tracking details, and collection information. The tracking number(s) provided will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Section 5 – Damages

Acceptance of Goods

Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

While we take great care in packaging your products, Cimino Handmade is not held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. In the event that you receive a damaged order, please get in touch with us to initiate a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

Section 6 - International Shipping Policy

Regrettably, Cimino Handmade currently does not offer international shipping. We are focused on serving our customers within Australia.

Section 7 - Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not generally accept returns or refunds unless the product you received was incorrect, faulty, or damaged. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the product you're dissatisfied with.

Shipping Fees for Returns

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, and the buyer pays shipping at rate listed on website at purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
